Town of Adams, MA - Volunteer Form for Town Government

If you are interested in serving the Town of Adams in any capacity, please download and fill out the attached form and mail it to the Board of Selectmen, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA 01220. Annual appointments to boards and committees are made in mid-May, and vacancies are filled when they occur. Information received will be available to all Town boards and officials, although the filling out of this form in no way assures appointment. Please refer to the list of appointed officials to view which seats are coming up for re-appointment.
